They cook using fire, no gas ovens. Steak is one of the best ever tried, with sweet and slightly bitter leaf wrap, spicy tomato sauce, and flaky salt. The fat cap has amazing flavor from aged cow. Plum salad is insane, juicy plums offset by funkiness from fish sauce, toasty aroma from rice. Clay pot noodle is an iconic dish, flavored with crab, so good, simple, under £10. One of the most buzzing, exciting, young restaurants in London.
